Tagging Artworks presents the results of an online event that involved tagging the GMoMA’s collection of artworks under the title I’m a Curator. This can be thought of as a project in a bid to arouse citizens’ interest in the museum collection and to continue its own high level of collection policy. Through the I’m a Curator event, 400 participants applied 101,454 tags which intimated an enthusiastic reaction from art lovers. 39 works were selected from those proposed by the participants and were displayed alongside descriptions of the works made by tagging.
